Norman S. Goetz was re-elected to a third term as president of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York at a meeting of the organization’s board of trustees held today. As Federation president, Mr. Goetz heads the largest private philanthropic structure in the country for health and welfare needs, comprising 116 hospitals, child care, old age, family welfare and other health and welfare institutions which annually aid 350,000 persons.
