Not only will the Pittsburgh Y. M. and Y. W. H. A. meet its mortgage interest payments but it will also be able to extend its cultural and social activities considerably during the coming year, thanks to the successful drive just completed, in which about $60,000 was raised.
The campaign was headed by Hyman Rogal, with Edgar J. Kaufmann as chairman of special gifts committee and Mrs. Maurice Davis chairman of the women’s division. The National Jewish Welfare Board of New York City cooperated through Dr. Philip R. Goldstein, who directed the drive.
