Professor Max Neisser, noted biologist, whose works on immunology have won him wide repute in scientific circles, has resigned from the University of Frankfurt where he has been a professor since 1914. Although he was exempt from expulsion from his post under the decree limiting Jews on university faculties, Professor Neisser resigned because disorders by students made continuation of lecturing by him impossible.
