The numerus nullus demand, “No Jews at all” has been put for the first time at a German High School, with the adoption of a resolution embodying this demand by a plenary meeting of the students attending the Weimar School of Engineering.

The Diet of the State of Hessen has decided to demand of the State Government that it should dissolve the Student Committee of the University of Giessen, in Hessen, if it does not withdraw the resolution adopted by it last month, demanding the enforcement of a numerus clausus against Jewish students at the University, since such a demand, the Diet points out, is in contradiction to the principles of the Constitution.
