Samuel Tulsimer, national chairman of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, died Friday in a Brooklyn Hospital after suffering a heart attack and stroke. He was 60 year old and was elected to the ADL chairmanship last April after having served the ADL in various capacities for many years.
