Officials of the World Jewish Restitution Organization approved a blueprint for distributing the entirety of Switzerland’s Holocaust Memorial Fund. After the initial distribution of funds to needy East European survivors, payments of $1,000 to survivors in other parts of the world are expected to be made next year.
