Sponsored by a committee of prominent Cleveland citizens headed by Governor George White and Mayor Harry L. Davis, and with the backing of the three Cleveland daily newspapers, the pageant “The Romance of a People” will be shown in Cleveland during the third week in March. Twenty-five percent of the proceeds will go to Cleveland philanthropic institutions, Jewish and non-Jewish, and the remainder will be used for the settlement of German Jews in Palestine.
