Opponents of legislation to reveal the membership of secret orders in Oklahoma won another victory in the Oklahoma State Senate today when that body, by a vote of 10 to 13, rejected an amendment to the original bill which would have made member ship lists available to any competent court, according to a message today from Oklahoma City.
Governor M. E. Trapp announced today that he had abandoned his plan to address the Legislature at present on legislation affecting secret organizations. The Governor gave no reason for changing his program. He indicated that the message would be delivered later.
