Twenty-five surviving members of the first Zionist Congress, which took place in 1897, gathered here today for a discussion of the problems now facing the Zionist movement, as a result of the Zionist Actions Committee session which failed to bring unity within the Zionist Organization.
The “Old Guard” of the Zionist ranks also discussed today problems dealing with the forthcoming World Zionist Congress, from which the Zionist Revisionists have withdrawn and which is expected to take place in August.
