With two more days to the presidential elections Berlin to-day appears calm on the surface. The entire press, however, of all parties, reveals a feverish excitement, and all papers are filled with propaganda matter.

A test vote taken by the impartial “Zwoelf-Uhr Blatt”, the result of which is published to-day, gives President Hindenburg over 19 million votes, and Hitler only 11 million.
