Israel troops and police held a seven-hour house-to-house search of villages in Western Galilee after a clash between police and Arabs, it was officially announced here today. They rounded up a number of Arabs who crossed the frontier illegally and returned them to Lebanon. One Arab was killed and three captured in the clash.
