One hundred and eighty trees in honor of President Anwar Sadat have been planted in the Jewish National Fund’s Peace Forest outside Jerusalem. The gesture was conceived by Yekutiel Federman, who is owner of the Dan Hotels chain (among which is the King David Hotel where Sadat and his entourage stayed). Federman presented Sadat with the certificate on Monday as a parting gift.
