One of Russia’s two chief rabbis said Jewish voters have a religious duty to go to the polls Sunday. “Taking part in a democratic election is not only a human right but in the first place is the fulfillment of God’s commandment,” Berel Lazar said Wednesday in a statement about Sunday’s presidential vote.
