The Zionist Organization of Rumania today ?sued a warning to the Jews here against joining a movement for a mass exodus to palestine which is being spread throughout the country by what the Zionist executive arms as “irresponsible elements.” The movement is gaining strength particularly in ?ovincial towns.
The Zionist warning, published in the entire Rumanian press, points out that ?ny Jews have “fallen” for this propaganda and are leaving their homes and making their way towards frontiers to join a “mass march” to Palestine. The statement em?asizes that any such movement undertaken on private initiative involves heavy personal risks for the people concerned and can only jeopardize the organized efforts ? Zionist authorities to ensure orderly emigration to Palestine under carefully repared plans.
