Only one Jew is among the 1,700 veterans of Gen. Wladislaw Anders Polish Army Corps who have recently arrived in Canada. He is Pvt. Chaim Sarna, a native of Warsaw, who fought with the underground in Poland and participated in Allied campaigns from El Alamein to Italy.
