A bulletin issued Sunday morning by Dr. Emanuel Libman of New York, one of the physicians attending Louis Marshall, declared that the second operation performed upon the patient was quite successful and that his condition generally has improved. The final result is, however, still doubtful as it is uncertain whether the process will extend.
