While British police continue to patrol Jewish orange regions, Jewish laborers, who are protesting that they are not given their share of employment in Jewish-owned groves, picket the settlements. The situation has become quiet, with a general policy of withdrawal in evidence.

The planters protest that they did not call the police. The police are allowing the laborers to picket the planters. The Vaad Leumi, the Jewish National Council of Palestine, has discontinued its efforts to bring about an agreement between planters and laborers, announcing that since its efforts to create an understanding did not bring the desired results, it is leaving the question to solution by the parties interested.
