Re-embarkation from Palestine of the landing parties from the British warships has been made, followed by changes in the distribution of the vessels in the Mediterranean fleet.
Arrangements have been made for periodical visits of the ships to Palestine waters. The aircraft carrier “Courageous” will call at Haifa on September 26 and at Jaffa on the 27th. One ship of the third cruiser squadron will visit both ports on September 30. According to the original program of the cruise, the battleship “Barham” is to be off Jaffa from October 1 to 8, in addition to the battleship “Manaya” going to Jaffa on October 17.
