The Central Committee of the Ozet in Moscow proclaims today that the Leningrad Ozet is “a total failure” because it is not sufficiently internationalized, since it has few non-Jews as members. The Central Committee orders a reorganization of the Leningrad Ozet, with new elections set for February 25.
