An order of the Central Executive Committee of the White Russian Communist Party today ruled that the list of Jews who have not the right to vote and who have been expelled from the collectives in White Russia be revised within a month. The order demands that those who were expelled be reinstated despite the fact that they are ex-traders or voteless.
The edict also demands that the pressure on the Jewish collectives to amalgamate with non-Jewish collectives be discontinued as amalgamation is entirely voluntary.
