Fifteen Jewish children will be brought over from Germany and permanently cared for by the Milwaukee Jewish Orphan Home.
Joseph Brindis, president of the board of directors, announced that a number of Millwaukee residents will establish a fund to bring the children here and put up whatever bond the government may require to insure against the children becoming public charges. Appointed on the committee to make necessary arrangements are Nick Brazy, Maurice Goldberg, Alexander Mosher, Harry Bragarnick and Joseph Pollock.
