A four-day conference of the World ORT Union Executive was climaxed last night by a dinner to David A. Brown, new chairman of the American ORT Federation’s $500,000 campaign for funds to educate German and East European Jews for agriculture and industry.
Mr. Brown, who arrived on the Berengaria to survey ORT projects in Europe, was greeted by Henri Bodenheimer, president of the ORT Union; Dr. Leo Bramson, chairman of the executive committee and Dr. David Lvovitch, vice-president of ORT.
