A national ORT-OZE organization, dedicated to promote retraining and health of central and eastern Europe’s Jews, was established here last week by a conference of 200 Jewish leaders.
The conference elected a national council which will maintain contact with ORT-OZE in Europe and conduct local activities. The session marked the close of a funds drive conducted in South Africa in behalf of the organization’s activities.
