A group of twenty young Jews trained at the ORT vocational schools in Poland, who recently emigrated to Australia with the aid of the Polish Jewish Relief Fund in Melbourne, are reported to have obtained employment in their vaious trades. Ten are former pupils of the ORT vocational school in Berlin, who were deported from Germany as Polish citizens and interned for some time in the Zbonszyn refugee camp. The ORT pupils were met on their arrival in Melbourne by representatives of the local Jewish organizations and were at first placed with Jewish families.
