Work of the World ORT Federation, organization for the retraining of Jews in eastern Europe, in the Baltic countries and Rumania has not been affected by the war and is continuing normally, it was learned today from telegrams to the ORT headquarters here. The ORT announced that its agricultural colony in the Paris suburb of Chelles, where a number of Austrian refugees are settled, has not been affected by the general isolation of former German and Austrian citizens in special centers. None of the colonists has been interned by the authorities.
