Leaders of Orthodox groups in Israel met here today and decided to issue an appeal to their respective groups to restore the Religious Bloc in the Jewish State, which until its dissolution was composed of the Mizrachi, Hapoel Hamizrachi, Agudas Israel and Agudah Laborite Party.
Participating in the meeting were I. M. Lewin, Agudah leader in Israel; Benjamin Mintz, leader of the Agudah laborites in Israel, and A. L. Gelman, leader of the Mizrachi Party in Israel–all of whom are now visiting the United States. American leaders of the Orthodox groups were also present.
