More than three hundred orthodox rabbis and Jewish chaplains will meet here tomorrow at the 11th annual convention of the Rabbinical Council of America.
They will hear addresses by James G. MacDonald, a member of the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry, and Moshe Shapiro, head of the Jewish Agency’s immigration department. A dinner in honor of 59 chaplains affiliated with the Council will climax the four-day meeting.
