The formation of a “European Successor Organization for Former Orthodox Jewish Communities of Germany” was announced here last night at a meeting of the Central Keren Hatorah Committee.
The committee included representatives of 19 Orthodox religious and educational groups in Britain. It will support applications by various Orthodox institutions in Europe to the Jewish Restitution Successor Organization and the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany for financial assistance.
