In view of the need for special care for many of Israel’s children, the OSE has decided to increase its program for rest and recovery centers for children in the Jewish State, Dr. N. Wolf, Israel director of OSE announced here today.
Several homes have already been constructed in various parts of the country with 250 additional beds for recuperating child patients, he revealed. A home with 60 more beds for children up to the age of four will be built in the south. He disclosed that 4,000 children received care in eight Israeli OSE centers last year.
