Abel Shaban, chairman of the world OSE–Jewish health society–said here at a press conference that more than 60 percent of the organization’s annual budget next year would be devoted to recreation and rehabilitation programs in Israel and for health projects in behalf of Jewish children in North Africa.
The OSE at present cares for 5,000 children in Israel in 20 institutions and is considering establishing recreation centers in the Negev and in other southern parts of the country.
