Over 20,000 people, including many non-Jews, followed the funeral of the 80 year old Rabbi Tobiah Katzenellenbogen of Leningrad, who died there a few days ago, visitors from Leningrad who have arrived here to-day report. The Soviet authorities, they say, made an exception from the usual practice by permitting a Rabbi to speak at the open grave.
