More than 300 Soviet Jews, the largest group of immigrants to arrive on a single flight, landed here this morning on an El Al 747 Jumbo jet. Officials said the size of the group did not indicate increased emigration from the USSR but was due to a 24-hour strike Sunday by ground crew maintenance workers which halted all El Al flights. The emigres came from all parts of Russia, including one family from Hungary. The size of the group caused a jam at the airport and took five hours to clear the arrivals.
