Over 400 students from about 30 countries — including such places as Iceland, Finland, Mexico, Thailand, Korea, Japan and Trinidad, in addition to the major Western countries — are attending the first semester of this year’s summer courses program at the Rothberg School for Overseas Students of the Hebrew University. Another 330 are expected for the second semester in August.
Included among the students are Jewish, Protestant and Catholic clergymen, college professors, teachers, social workers and people from a number of other professions and occupations.
