Several of the foreign delegates attending the Ozet Jewish land settlement conference have left for the Ukraine and Crimea, to study the new Jewish settlements there.
Among the delegates were Dr. D. Lvovitch, Dr. D. Singalowski and Dr. J. Silberfarb.
