A suspicious suitcase that turned out to be harmless was found and detonated last weekend by Hungarian police at the site here where the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra was performing.
Although it turned out to be a false alarm, the security alert delayed the orchestra’s arrival from Frankfurt for two hours, Hungarian Television reported.
