Jewish sources in Moscow reported today that an exit visa has been granted to Raiza Palatnik, the 36-year-old librarian from Odessa who was released two weeks ago from prison after serving a two-year sentence for alleged anti-Soviet propaganda. Miss Palatnik and her parents applied for visas as soon as she was freed and they are expected to leave shortly for Israel, the sources said. They also reported that Soviet authorities are not granting visas to known Jewish “activists” but other applicants apparently are getting them.
