Palestine Bank Sets Aside £10,000 As Loans for Refugees There

The Central Cooperative Bank of Palestine today set aside £ 10,000 as a fund out of which loans will be granted to German Jewish refugee settlers in Palestine for productive purposes such as acquiring tools, buying land and the purchase of stock.

The loans will be confined to £ 100 per person and are to be repaid within five years.
