The Prime Minister, or Mr. Henderson, is expected to explain the letter to the leader of the Zionist Agency, which professes to interpret Lord Passfield’s White Paper, it proceeds, adding that the letter has given unmistakable satisfaction to the Zionists; and equally has roused the fears of the friends of the Arab population in Palestine.
