Mrs. Dora Oltarsh of 201 West 84th Street is the chief beneficiary in the $6,000 estate left by Wolf Hertz Oltarsh, her husband, pioneer in the use of steel for building construction, who died on March 23. The will leaves $1 each to his eight children, with the explanation that they are either already well provided for or are able to provide for themselves.
