Neutral labor exchanges, replacing the separate bureaus for the Jewish laborers and the farmers, will be established in the principal colonies beginning with Petach Tikvah, according to a decision of the Farmers’ Union, communicated to the Palestine Executive. The appointment of a Zionist official to be in charge of the bureau, was asked.

Should the experiment succeed at Petach Tikvah, the principal seat of conflict between the planters and the workers in the past, it is expected that the hard-fought question of the employment of Jewish labor in the colonies will be settled for all the colonies.
