His Excellency has now travelled over much of Palestine and has been much impressed by the practical benefits that the Zionist movement has brought to the country and the strength of the idealism that impels it, and by the fine appearance and cheerful outlook of the colonists to whom he has spoken, Mr. Archer Lust, Private Secretary to the High Commissioner for Palestine, Sir Arthur Wauchope, writes in a letter received by the English Zionist Federation, acknowledging a message sent to the High Commissioner recently by the Federation.
