The Palestine Council for the Rescue of Jews from Europe today addressed a memorandum to President Roosevelt’s War Refugee Board in Washington describing the situation of Jewish refugees in Europe and suggesting methods of rescue. A delegation of the Council met here with U. S. Consul Lowell C. Pinkerton to discuss various rescue problems.
