Dr. Chaim Arlasoroff, representative of the Palestine Labor Federation, arrived in New York Friday on the steamer Homeric.
Dr. Arlasoroff will address the Zeiri Zion convention which will be held in Philadelphia January 28 to 31.
Charitable bequests totalling $14,000 were left to nine institutions in Newark, N. J. by Meyer Kussy, banker of that city who died recently. The Pre-byterian Hospital of that city is among the beneficiaries.
