The Palestine Lighthouse will sponsor a tea and musicale on Wednesday afternoon at the Waldorf Astoria to celebrate the completion of the New Shelter for Blind Children in Palestine.
Mrs. Samuel D. Friedman, president of the Lighthouse, announced that the guests of honor will include Dr. David de Sola Pool, Mrs. Stephen S. Wise, Aldermanic President, Bernard S. Deutsch, Dr. Israel Goldstein, Mrs. Rebekah Kohut, Magistrate Anna M. Kross, Harry Hershfield and Dr. Nathan Ratnoff. Among the artists on the program will be Miss Helen Broderick, Mrs. H. Rosengarten, and the Russian Balalaika Orchestra.
