The first two of a series of twelve “Palestine Nights” to stimulate interest in the campaign of the Jewish National Fund Council of Greater New York to distribute in the city 10,000 new Blue-White Boxer will be held tonight (Sunday).
Under the auspices of the Nathan Strauss Zionist Club, a “Palestine Night” will be held in the auditorium of the Y. M. H. A., Ninety-second street and Lexington avenue. Ex-Magistrate Hyman J. Reit will preside and Rabbi Joseph H. Lookstein will be the principal speaker. The same evening, a “Palestine Night” will be staged by the Canarsie Zionist District, in Public School 233, Avenue B and East Ninety-fourth street, Brooklyn. Municipal Court Judge Jacob S. Strahl and Morris A. Zeldin will be the principal speakers.

The reconstruction of Jewish life in the Soviet Union will be related in a lecture by Louis Fischer, well-known authority on Russia and Moscow correspondent of The Nation, at the New School for Social Research next Thursday evening.
