Health Week was o## served throughout Palestine this week. Health lectures were delivered in the towns, villages at colonies all over the country, posters in English Hebrew and Arabic were pasted up; leaflets were being distributed and special films supplied in the Red Cross and the Rockefeller Institute were shown. The Press gave special space to propaganda in connection with Health Week.
Sir Herbert Samuel, the High Commissioner, issued a statement in which he said, “Care for the health is the very foundation on which the we## fare of a people is built.”
Dr. Tannenbaum, the head of the Hadassa## Medical Unit in Palestine was National Chairman of the General Health Week Conference.
