With the permission of Soviet military authorities, a Palestine office has been opened in Budapest to begin registration of Hungarian Jews desiring to omigrate to Palestine, it was reported heree today. The Soviet authorities also granted permission for a Zionist mass-meeting in Budapest, arranged by the United Zionist Organization there, the report said.
