M. Doukhan, assistant director of the Department of Lands in the Palestine government is in New York where he arrived for the purpose of studying the American methods of land tick guarantees for application in Palestine.
The purpose of the study would be to facilitate investment of American capital in Palestine land. Mr. Doukahan declared. Work on the land survey undertaken by the government is making progress and will be completed in four or five years. A commission has been appointed to speed up the work Mr. Doukahn stated.
