A Palestinian unit of the Royal Air Force is now operating in Greece, the war correspondent of the News Chronicle revealed today.
The units orders until recently were written in German, with English and Hebrew translations appended, since most members are Jewish refugees from Germany, but the practice was discontinued at their request.
One member, described as the cleverest mechanic in the Middle East, piloted a plane in the famous Richthofen “flying circus” during the last war.
