Wheat from Palestine to the value of $1,961,760 was sent from Turkey to Greece in the winter of 1941-42 for the relief of the starving Greek population, according to an announcement here today by the Foreign Economic Administration. Subsequent relief was sent by Great Britain, Canada, Sweden and the United States, and distribution was made by a Swedish-Swiss commission under the auspices of the International Red Cross.
